Nano silicon-based material grinding production line

Winray is responsible for the on-site construction design of a production line for a customer in Shanxi, meeting the process design requirements of the solvent based (ethanol system) nano silicon-based material dispersion grinding section and the production line acceptance requirements. It is also responsible for the manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and production training of the production line.

The production line consists of the following parts:

1. Dispersion and shearing system; 2. Dispersion and rough grinding system

3. Fine grinding system; 4. Material modification system

5. Finished product storage and filtration system; 6. Valve piping and instrumentation system

7. Electrical and automation control system; 8. Steel structure operation platform
