This project aims to solve the nanoscale grinding problem of rare earth polishing liquid materials. Our company is supplying a grinding system mainly composed of a fully ceramic nano horizontal grinder to solve the physical transformation of its materials from large particles to small particles in a specific environment.

The designed all ceramic nano horizontal grinder adopts a specially shaped rod pin to enhance the impact and shear effect of grinding beads on materials. It can be used for a wide range of materials with low to medium viscosity and high solid content, and adopts dynamic self-cleaning gap discharge.
