The dust removal efficiency is high, generally above 99%. The dust concentration in the outlet gas of the dust collector is within tens of milligrams per cubic meter, and it has a high classification efficiency for fine dust with sub micron particle size. The range of air volume processing is wide, ranging from a few cubic meters in just one minute to tens of thousands of cubic meters in one minute. It can be used for dust removal of flue gas in industrial furnaces and kilns, reducing the emission of atmospheric pollutants.

The operating system is relatively simple, easy to run, easy to maintain, easy to handle dust, and very flexible to use. It can be used in any situation, and when using high-temperature resistant filter materials such as glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene, P84, etc., it can operate under high temperature conditions above 200 degrees Celsius.

In the early stage of bag filter, the investment is relatively small and the purchase price is relatively low. Moreover, in the later stage of use, it can be widely used in eliminating dust pollution, improving the environment, recycling materials and other aspects, making maintenance relatively simple. An electrostatic field can be added in front of the bag filter to enhance the cohesion of fine dust in the inlet of the dust collector, increase the filtration speed, and reduce resistance.

Simple structure and easy maintenance and operation. On the premise of ensuring the same high dust removal efficiency, the cost is lower than that of electrostatic precipitators. When using high-temperature resistant filter media such as fiberglass, polytetrafluoroethylene, P84, etc., it can operate under high temperature conditions above 200 degrees Celsius. Not sensitive to the characteristics of dust and not affected by dust and resistance.

The bag filter is flexible in use and can handle air volumes ranging from hundreds of cubic meters per hour to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters per hour. It can be used as a small unit directly installed indoors near machine tools, or as a large dust removal room, also known as a "bag room".

The layout is relatively simple, the operation is relatively stable, the initial investment is small, and maintenance is convenient. Therefore, bag filters are widely used in eliminating dust pollution, improving the environment, and recycling materials.
