Due to the different number of suspension motors, direct screening is divided into single source direct screening (with one motor suspended on the side of the screening machine) and dual source direct screening (with two motors suspended on both sides of the screening machine).
The working principle of a straight screen is to use two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor shaft to convert the rotational motion of the vibration motor into multiple overlapping forces of horizontal, vertical, inclined, and centrifugal effects, and then transmit these forces to the screen surface. By changing the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the magnitude of the excitation force and the trajectory of the material can be altered, allowing the material to be fully dispersed and quickly enter the lower compartment through the sieve, while impurities and foreign objects are discharged from the slag discharge outlet.
