Under the guidance of the process ingredient sequence, the feeding device is first started for rapid feeding. When it approaches the production predetermined value, the rapid feeding device stops and the fine feeding device is started to continue feeding. As the ingredient amount gradually approaches the target, considering the suspension amount, the precision feeding device gradually slows down and stops (the advance amount is set during debugging). At this point, the shut-off valve is immediately closed to prevent material collapse. The batching instrument tracks the material feeding amount in real time. After the precision feeding device stops, there is a delay of n seconds. When the system stops, the stable value displayed on the instrument is the process batching amount of the first material. Subsequently, repeat the above process for the second material until all ingredients are completed.
