Bag Filter

Bag filtration system is a new type of filtration system, in which the filter bag is supported by a metal mesh basket inside the filter machine. The fluid flows in from the inlet, passes through the filter bag, and flows out from the outlet. Impurities are intercepted in the filter bag and can continue to be used after replacing it. Mainly used for filtering impurities in products (coarse filtration), equipped with a pressure monitoring gauge to remind the replacement of filter bags when the pressure is too high.

working principle

Fluid entering the filter:The liquid to be filtered enters the filter bag of the bag filter through the feed inlet

Filter bag intercepts particles: When the fluid passes through the filter bag, the filter bag will trap particles, impurities, and pollutants, making it impossible for them to pass through the filter bag

Clean fluid outflow: The relatively clean liquid that has been filtered flows out through the bottom or side of the filter and enters the next process stage or system

Replace the filter bag:When the filter bag inside the bag filter is saturated or needs to be replaced, the operator can open the outer shell, remove the old bag, and install a new filter bag
