Hydraulic Lifting Material Press

Hydraulic lift press, also known as extruder, is a device used in conjunction with planetary mixers or multifunctional mixers. It is mainly used to discharge or package high viscosity materials such as ink, adhesive, and slurry produced in the mixer. This device comes in two forms: single cylinder and double cylinder, and is controlled by a torque motor. The working principle of an extruder is to apply pressure to the material inside the barrel using a pressure plate, pushing the material from the pressure plate at the top or bottom outlet of the barrel into the pipeline for various forms of packaging. According to the requirements, the equipment is designed as either a bucket lifting type or a fixed type.
