Winray successfully delivered the nano barium sulfate grinding production line project

In the second half of 2023, the water-based nano barium sulfate grinding production line project built by Shanghai Winray for a large technology company in Guizhou was successfully completed and delivered. The owner is committed to the deep processing and sales of barium, strontium salts, and zinc salts, and is one of the world's largest manufacturers of precipitated barium sulfate.

The project mainly consists of emulsification and coarse grinding system, fine grinding system, finished product modification and storage system, valve pipeline and instrumentation system, electrical and automation control system, and steel structure operation platform, with a production capacity of up to 4 tons per hour. The design scheme provided by our company for the owner is safe, coordinated, and efficient. Its precise quantitative design has increased grinding efficiency by about 30%, saving the owner's production costs and time.
