Working Principle:The working principle of a horizontal plow blade mixer involves the collaborative action of multiple key components: the transmission part, mainly composed of a motor, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and a coupling, is responsible for converting the power of the motor into the required speed and torque and transmitting them to the plow blade shaft; The horizontal cylinder is made of steel plate and is used for storing materials. It is equipped with multiple holes for easy access and observation of materials, and its two ends are fixed with plow blade shaft support seats; The plow blade assembly shaft includes a plow blade, a plow blade arm, and a main shaft. The plow blade is mounted on the main shaft through the plow blade arm and adopts a Haff structure for easy disassembly and assembly; Flying knife set, consisting of multiple flying knives, directly driven by a motor, installed on the side of the cylinder, using multiple sealing structures to prevent dust from entering the bearings; The discharge valve is located at the bottom of the cylinder and is controlled by a handle and a four-bar linkage mechanism to close and release the material.
