Spiral conveyors are classified into axial and non axial types based on their structure and applicable material types, as well as U-shaped and tubular screw conveyors based on their appearance. The shaft screw conveyor is suitable for non viscous dry powder and small particle materials, such as cement, fly ash, lime, and grain. Its design center shaft and spiral blades rotate around the shaft to efficiently transport such materials. The shaftless screw conveyor is suitable for viscous and easily entangled materials such as sludge and biomass, and its shaftless design reduces the risk of material blockage. The U-shaped conveyor has a U-shaped groove, while the tube conveyor adopts a closed circular tube shape, suitable for more enclosed material conveying needs.
