Shanghai Winray has customized a water-based fire extinguishing agent production line for a customer in Beijing. This production line is the first large-scale production line in this field in China, including water treatment system, powder feeding system, mixing and blending system, automatic packaging system, and electrical automation control system.

Winray is responsible for the on-site construction design of a production line for a customer in Shanxi, meeting the process design requirements of the solvent based (ethanol system) nano silicon-based material dispersion grinding section and the production line acceptance requirements. It is also responsible for the manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and production training of the production line.
